Shipping coverage
Meeva Herbals currently ships orders only within India through its logistics partner Delhivery, subject to serviceability of the delivery PIN code as shown at checkout. Orders cannot be shipped to addresses where Delhivery or partner couriers do not provide service or where delivery is restricted by law or local authorities.
Order processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During peak sale periods, festivals, or unforeseen events, processing time may be slightly longer, in which case dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended with reasonable notice on the website or by email/SMS.
Delivery timelines

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on your location and Delhivery’s network coverage.

Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take longer, and any delay due to courier operational constraints, weather, or local restrictions is outside Meeva Herbals’ direct control, though reasonable efforts will be made to support resolution.
Shipping charges

Standard shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment, and may vary based on order value, weight, and delivery location.

From time to time, Meeva Herbals may offer free shipping above a certain cart value or as part of promotional campaigns; such offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or applicable marketing communication.
Cash-on-delivery (COD)

If COD is offered, any applicable COD fee will be shown separately at checkout, and such charges are non‑refundable even if the product price is refunded later (except where required under applicable consumer laws).

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, repeated non‑availability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to origin; Meeva Herbals may deduct actual shipping and handling charges from any refund permitted under its refund/return policy, in line with applicable consumer protection norms.
Damaged, tampered, or missing items

Customers are advised to refuse delivery if the package is visibly tampered with, severely damaged, or appears opened, and to inform Meeva Herbals customer support promptly with photos and order details.

If damage or missing items are noticed after accepting delivery, customers should report the issue within a reasonable period (for example, 48 hours) along with photos, unboxing video, and batch details so the team can assess and process a resolution as per the brand’s return and replacement policy and applicable Indian consumer laws.
Regulatory and legal compliance
